Processing time
Orders ship within 5–7 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Need it sooner? Contact us through our contact form before or right after you order and we'll tell you what's possible.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only, from Kirkland, Washington.
Rates and delivery times
Shipping is charged by the total weight of your order. Delivery times below are after your order ships.

Quote-only systems
Servers and deskside supercomputers marked "Request a quote" ship by freight. Shipping, insurance and delivery dates are included in your quote.
Tracking
When your order ships you'll get an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update.
High-value orders
Workstations and other high-value orders may require a signature on delivery.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@hushh.ai or +1 (425) 652-6046. We'll work with the carrier to make it right.
